The German Tourism Management Professional Association (VDR) conducted a survey on business travel among its members and the results have been published on the Server Business-travel.de Business Travel Network. Details are as follows:

More than 80% of respondents are willing to conduct business trips again, which is undoubtedly good news for the 2010 autumn travel market. Of course, two-thirds said they would carefully arrange spending. Nearly 18% of the people did not change the strategy they had adopted in response to the economic crisis, and they are not planning to increase spending on business travel.

About 8% of the respondents said that they would try their best to drive down the expenses and only carry out very necessary business trips. In fact, on this same issue, 22% of people gave a clear answer in October 2009, and in February 2010, the ratio was 11%. There is a clear decline between them, which means that more and more people are considering conducting business travel.

From this we can see that the impact of the economic crisis is fading, and the development of business travel is expected.
